CLTCC offers a wide range of classes and has six locations throughout the area to accommodate students.
NSU Leesville has a variety of courses, including 36 online classes that can be taken from home. Located midway between Leesville and Fort Polk on Highway 467.

The Upper Iowa DeRidder teaching location is located in the Beauregard Education Center at 500 W. 1st Street. Classes are offered that can lead to the completion of both associate and bachelor degrees as well as certificates when blended with distance learning programs.
McNeese State University -Fort Polk, is located at the Education Center in Room 132 and offers eight Baccalaureate degrees, with thirteen concentrations along with three Master's degrees.
Central Texas College- CTC is committed to providing an affordable, accessible education--whether students are in Texas, at one of our many military locations, or taking online courses from home or while away from home. After 25 years of total service, Lieutenant Colonel Ed Williams retired from the US Army in 2011. His career concluded at Fort Polk as the Chief of Staff of JRTC and Ft. Polk and the Installation Command Inspector General. He is currently employed by Cubic Applications as an instructor at the Joint Readiness Training Center’s Leader Training Program. He is currently the Chairman for the Military Affairs Committee for the Greater Vernon Parish Chamber of Commerce a life member of the Association of the United States Army (AUSA), the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), and the Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) and has received numerous awards and decorations, including the Legion of Merit, Bronze Star, and five Meritorious Service Medals.
