  • Vernon Parish School Board Success Stories

As with every year, the Vernon Parish School District has a new batch of achievements in the spotlight for the year of 2013-14.

Of special note are the elementary, middle, and high school students of the year, as well as an excellent group of young minds who represented Vernon Parish at the International Science and Engineering Fair.

Dozens of other students also gained recognition at various times throughout the year for their academic, athletic and extracurricular activities.

Of course we can’t forget the teachers of the year who helped guide these young minds to such excellence, and other exemplary teachers who work in our area.

Finally, the 2014 crop of exemplary graduates and scholarship recipients have bright futures ahead of them.
